When asked about his preferred acting partners, Alesh revealed his admiration for Gabriel Afolayan, describing him as "talented and fantastic." He expressed his fondness for working with actors who excel in their roles.

Regarding his vision for Nollywood, Alesh expressed the desire for growth and improvement. He emphasized the importance of authenticity in storytelling, urging the industry to transcend mere film tricks and focus on creating genuine experiences for viewers, as exemplified by platforms like Netflix.

This perspective comes after Alesh previously shared his preference for being a "successful nobody" rather than a "broke celebrity." He emphasized the significance of financial stability and revealed that he earned his first million through carpentry work and cleaning toilets while in the United States.

In an Instastory post, Alesh encouraged individuals to take action and start something with whatever resources they have, even if it means facing criticism and skepticism from others. Sharing his story, Alesh wrote;

“Tired of friends coming up with different stories every time, do something, use that little amount to start something, don’t wait for anyone, let them laugh at you, let them say shit about you, they will surely be proud of you when you make it big .. don’t be ashamed of your hustle.. it’s not easy but we surely Gonna make it ….
