Gistreel recalls that the controversial activist, Verydarkman had leaked an audio in which Bobrisky allegedly claimed to have paid a sum of money to secure a stay in an apartment rather than being remanded in a prison cell.

Despite the allegations, Bobrisky has categorically denied being the person in the audio recording, maintaining that it is entirely fake. He recently took to his Instagram page to reiterate his stance, stating that he is concerned about potentially being detained in an EFCC cell, where he fears intimidation could occur.

Moreover, Bobrisky has called for an open trial, emphasizing that he wants transparency in the proceedings so that the world can see the truth. He expressed his frustration over being targeted due to his lifestyle on social media.[/p>

In his own words, he stated: “Please, everyone calling to tell me the danger I am in and the plans against me should hold it now and fu*k it. I don’t want any threats anymore. I was scared because of the story that the EFCC would detain me again, and I would be sentenced to prison for the second time. God will vindicate me, and those who want to frame me will be exposed by the law.”

Bobrisky further asserted that he is ready for any investigation but refuses to be questioned at the same EFCC office where he was previously detained. He demanded that any investigation be conducted without intimidation and called for an independent and open investigation so that the public could witness the proceedings.

He concluded his message with a powerful statement about the nature of audio recordings, saying, “You cannot bury me because of my social media lifestyle. Anyone can alter any audio, add or frame any audio and put it out. Best of luck. Anyone who published any audio should take responsibility for the audio. The fact remains that I am not the maker of that audio and didn’t publish any audio, and nothing can change that. I will meet you guys in any court this time around if you have any case against me.”[/p>
