Nigerian artist and Grammy winner, Burna Boy, has made the tough decision to cancel his highly anticipated concert scheduled for June 9th at the Johan Cruyff Arena Stadium in the Netherlands.
Taking to his Instagram account on Thursday, Burna Boy cited the event organizers’ inability to fulfill their contractual obligations as the reason behind the cancellation.
In his announcement, Burna Boy expressed regret over the cancellation, assuring ticket buyers that they would receive refunds from their respective points of purchase within 30 days.

His Instagram post read, “We regret to inform you that due to a failure by the event organizers to meet their contracted obligations, Burna Boy’s concert at the stadium on June 9th, 2024 has been canceled. All ticket buyers will be refunded from the point of purchase within 30 days. Love you and see you soon [Netherlands and love emojis].”
