Nigerian chef, Chef Dammy, was greeted with a hero's welcome by her fans, friends, and classmates when she returned to school after her recent attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the longest individual cooking session.
Damilola Adeparusi, popularly known as Chef Dammy, gained widespread recognition when it was reported that she had cooked for an impressive duration of approximately 120 hours.
However, her attempt was not officially registered with Guinness World Records (GWR), resulting in the record not being recognized.
Nevertheless, Chef Dammy remains undeterred and has announced her plans to aim for a cooking marathon lasting 150 hours.
This determination stems from Hilda Baci recently being acknowledged by GWR as the new record holder for the longest cooking session, with a duration of approximately 93 hours and 11 minutes.
In a recent interview, Chef Dammy openly admitted that her previous 120-hour cook-a-thon was not officially registered with GWR.
