Nigerian disc jockey DJ Kaywise, also known as Ayorinde Kehinde Okiki, has addressed the kidnap accusation made by his fiancée, Nenny B, whose real name is Nnema Egwueke.
Reports from Gistreel revealed that Nenny B accused DJ Kaywise's twin brother of attempting to kidnap her.
In a post on her Instagram page, Nenny B claimed that she was threatened by DJ Kaywise's family and shared a video showing alleged ex-employees of Kaywise who were waiting for her at her house. She mentioned that they had previously been arrested for giving her a threatening call in 2021, but were released after pleas from Kaywise's parents.
Nenny B explained that the group of employees had been sacked by Kaywise in 2021 and had planned to kidnap her at the end of July. However, DJ Kaywise arrived at her house to pick up a delivery intended for her, thwarting their attempt.
DJ Kaywise took to his Instagram page to release a statement in which he apologized to Nenny and her family. He expressed disappointment in his twin brother's involvement and corroborated Nenny's story. He distanced himself from the individuals seen in the CCTV footage, stating that they no longer represent him or his company. He assured that he would cooperate fully with the police to get to the bottom of the situation.
