It was learned that the singer, Portable, was meant to appear at Elvis Poko’s event “Elvis Poko Waterside Boy Tour Live In Concert” in Warri, Delta State, on June 30. This event was highly anticipated, and Portable's absence has led to significant disappointment among fans and organizers alike.

However, the ‘Zazoo’ crooner was a no-show and hasn’t refunded the money he was allegedly paid. This breach of contract has not only caused financial losses but also damaged the reputation of the event and its organizers.

In a post on his page, Elvis stated that he has instructed his lawyers not to claim any damage or compensation for the loss he ran into because of Portable’s failure to show up. This decision highlights Elvis's focus on recovering his payment rather than seeking additional reparations.

He noted that he is a real-life person and has given the street-hop singer 24 hours to refund him. This direct and firm approach underscores the seriousness of the situation and Elvis's determination to resolve it swiftly.

Elvis wrote:

“I personally instructed my lawyers to not lay any claims for damages or compensations. I’m not your friend, I paid you in full. Your invoices and confirmation videos plus apology texts from you & your team are with Bar OJ. I’m not a social media person. I don’t chase clout on social media. I’m a real-life person. Ogbeni, I am giving you 24 hours to refund my money in full. I won’t talk about this again!”

He added: “@portablebaeby @babyluvgram let it be on record, so the earth can bear me witness. I’m not going to court and I’m not getting the police involved as well. I need nothing off you, pay back what I paid you… 🧜‍♀️ ❌⚔️ 24 hours is all you got.”
