Veteran movie star, Jide Kosoko, has publicly expressed his confidence in President Bola Tinubu, asserting that he believes the president is performing very well in his role. Kosoko emphasized that he does not regret casting his vote for Tinubu, underscoring his support for the current administration.
Kosoko shared his views during an appearance on the ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ podcast, hosted by Isbae U.[/p>
He noted that he believes the president is doing well because of what it takes to fix things happening in the country.
Isbae U asked: “People that voted for Tinubu do you think they should be bullied?”
Kosoko replied: “That is their own business. Their own cup of tea. I am entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for. And I know he is doing well.
“He is doing well. If only you know how repairing things are, you will understand that he is doing very well.”
On why he voted for Tinubu, the actor said, “I voted for him because I have known him for a long time. And I have seen quite a lot of his contributions to nation building.
“You cannot even talk about this present democracy that we are all enjoying without saying Tinubu’s name among the people that struggled for us to have it.”
