During his appearance on ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, Josh2Funny rejected the notion that the industry is devoid of competition, insisting that such claims are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the comedy scene.
Speaking confidently, Josh2Funny emphasized that he remains unrivaled in the comedy landscape. He highlighted the extent of his reach and influence, noting that his comedy is interpreted in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Hindi, Russian, French, and others. He made it clear that he considers himself on a different level from his peers, stating, “Let nobody tell you that there’s no competition in the comedy industry. There’s competition…As we speak now, my comedy is interpreted in Mandarin, Hindi, Russian, French, and other languages. I’m not with you guys, bro. I’m not anybody’s mate in this comedy industry.”
Furthermore, the comedian expressed his frustration with fellow comedians who emulate his trends and styles without giving him proper acknowledgment. He firmly stated that he would not tolerate such behavior, emphasizing the importance of crediting original creators. “What I won’t take is for people to be copying what I initiated without crediting me.
