In preparation for the upcoming second season of the Netflix series *Anikulapo*, director Kunle Afolayan and his crew have traveled to Accra, Ghana for additional shooting scenes.
The team arrived on Sunday to begin work on the series. Veteran filmmaker Tunde Kelani announced the arrival on both his Instagram and Facebook account.[/p>

“Arriving Accra’s Kotoka International Airport this morning with the Team of Anikulapo the Series.”
Kunle Afolayan had previously wrapped up shooting the Nigerian scenes for *Anikulapo* Season 2 at the KAP Film Village in Igbojaye on Wednesday, September 11.
Returning actors from Season 1 include Sola Sobowale, Taiwo Hassan (Ogogo), Aisha Lawal, Bimbo Ademoye, Moji Afolayan, Eyiyemi Afolayan, Ronke Oshodi Oke, Owobo Ogunde, Lateef Adedimeji, and Oyindamola Sanni.
New additions to the cast for Season 2 are Saidi Balogun, Saga Adeolu, and Antar Laniyan.
To support the Shoot in Ghana project, Kunle Afolayan Production has collaborated with the National Film Authority to include several Ghanaian actors in the second installment of the series.
