In a recent interview with Hip TV, the humorous individual from Kwara shared his insights on the differing financial aspects and levels of effort required between stand-up comedy and skit-making.

Lasisi Elenu discussed, "Both [stand-up comedy and skit-making] offer distinct experiences. There's immense pressure in stand-up comedy. You need to be at your best, and you must have multiple materials prepared in case one doesn't work well – you can always improvise. That's crucial.

"On the other hand, skit-making has become a natural part of me. I can do it anytime, anywhere, even when half-asleep. It's a go-to for me. I know how to align myself with it. Yes, both [stand-up comedy and skit-making] can be lucrative. It depends on how you channel your efforts... It's not solely about how hard you work, but how intelligently you work.

"So, it's not about churning out the most skit videos; it's about skillfully directing your videos to the right platforms, branding them effectively, and subsequently reaping financial rewards. I firmly believe that both skit-making and stand-up comedy can yield the financial gains you aspire for."
