Popular actor Yul Edochie's first wife, May Edochie, has penned a heartfelt note to herself on the occasion of her birthday. Her message carried a mix of emotions as she marked this significant day in her life.
May Edochie, who has faced marital challenges since her husband took a second wife, decided to share her feelings online as she celebrated another year of life.
In her note, she revealed that she had canceled what was meant to be an "all glam" photoshoot. Instead, she found herself reluctantly getting dressed and capturing a birthday photo with the support of many people. Notably, she explained that the fabric she was wearing was not an actual dress but a significant effort to make her day special.
Despite the mixed emotions, May Edochie expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life and appreciated the wonderful people in her life, including her loved ones and her amazing followers.

"It's my birthday and meant to be another year of growth and a chance to pause, reflect, and appreciate my accomplishments. But for the very first time in my life, I'm not sure how to react to my birthday. I have mixed emotions and had to cancel my 'all glam' shoot. It took nearly an army to successfully get me robed in this fabric. It's not an actual dress. All glory be to God for the gift of life and the amazing people in my life comprising of my loved ones and you, my amazing fam. Dear Lord, you already know my special request on this day, please grant it."
