Abosede, the grieving mother of late Nigerian music sensation Ilerioluwa Aloba, better known by his stage name Mohbad, has publicly expressed her deep frustration with the coroner regarding the upcoming remembrance of her beloved son.
As previously reported by Gistreel, Mohbad passed away under tragic circumstances on September 12 last year, allegedly due to complications arising from an ear infection. However, despite various autopsies being conducted, the exact cause of death remains uncertain. Many fans and followers continue to speculate, claiming that the ear infection may not have been the true cause of his untimely demise.
In light of this ongoing mystery, Mohbad’s mother, Abosede, has made it clear that the family wishes to mark his remembrance in a quiet and dignified manner, free from any extravagant festivities. She stressed that they prefer a low-key occasion, urging the public and fans alike to observe the moment with solemnity and spirituality. Abosede further advised that rather than making the remembrance a grand spectacle, well-wishers should honor her late son by lifting him up in prayer, be it in a church or a mosque.
In her heartfelt statement, Mohbad’s mum, Abosede, expressed the following:
“Whatever Mohbad’s dad says is the final. We don’t want any elaborate celebration over our son’s remembrance. The best you can do is to pray for him. You all should please leave us alone and let us settle our family.”
Abosede’s emotional plea reflects the family’s desire for privacy and respect during this difficult time, as they continue to mourn the loss of their son in their own way.
