Wunmi, the wife of late singer Mohbad, has addressed the recent accusations from her sister, Karimot, who publicly criticized her.
Since the passing of the late musician, numerous allegations have surfaced, creating a turbulent atmosphere around his legacy.
Accusations have ranged from claims of paternity fraud to suspicions about the unnatural circumstances surrounding his death.
Recently, Wunmi’s sister, who had previously defended her, took to social media to accuse her of misdeeds, including alleging that Wunmi had stolen Mohbad’s phone from his mother and refused to return it.
In response, Mohbad’s wife has stated that she will not engage in public debates or address these claims on social media. Instead, she will focus on defending her truth in a court of law.[/p>
Wunmi also urged those who cherish her late husband to protect his memory and not allow falsehoods to tarnish it. She expressed her gratitude to those who have supported her and emphasized the importance of respecting Mohbad’s legacy.[/p>

I want to make it clear that I will not engage in public debates or attempt to counter the lies being spread about me. My focus will be on defending my truth in the court of law, not on social media. However, I must speak up on behalf of Ilerioluwa, who is no longer here to defend himself.[/p>
I urge my friends and Liam’s, to refrain from speaking ill of my husband. I beg you, with all that you hold dear, not to tarnish his memory.[/p>
