Some Nollywood stars, and the presidential candidate, Peter Obi were spotted at the funeral of the late legendary actor Amaechi Muonagor who was laid to rest on Friday, June 21, 2024.
Recall that reports came in that the actor passed away on March 24, 2024, after complications from dialysis and kidney failure.
Some videos from the funeral grounds of the actor that captured moving moments have surfaced online.
His final resting place was Ugamuma village, Obosi, Idemili North Local Government Area, Anambra State.
The funeral attracted the guests’ attention due to the prominence of Anambra politician Peter Obi. He visited the grieving family members and paid some condolences to them.
The presence of numerous Nollywood celebrities also highlighted the profound impact Amaechi Muonagor had on the film industry and his peers. Many of them shared heartfelt tributes and fond memories of working with the legendary actor.
