Nollywood actress, Osas Ighodaro has expressed concern over the country’s high rate of inflation which has affected commodities in the market. She noted that the rising prices of everyday goods and services have made it difficult for the average person to afford basic necessities.
During a question and answer session with Pulse, the actress revealed that N1 million won’t last her more than a day due to inflation. She highlighted the challenges faced by many Nigerians who are struggling to cope with the increased cost of living.

The host asked: “How long will it take you to spend N1 million in this economy?”
Ighodaro replied: “How many seconds? You said seconds? Things are expensive. Maybe a day depending on what I am getting.” Her response underscores the gravity of the economic situation, emphasizing the urgent need for measures to curb inflation and support citizens.
