Notable skit creator, Sir Balo, mourns the passing of the late Mr Ibu, reminiscing about the significant impact the veteran actor had on his life by gifting him his very first laptop.
The demise of the seasoned Nollywood actor, which occurred on March 2, 2024, due to a cardiac arrest during surgery, has left a void in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing and interacting with him.
His demise had left many a wound in the hearts of many who had known him and had an encounter with him.
Sir Balo recalled how he and the actor had met in 2014 at an event.
He revealed that he ran up to him, making his desire to become a video editor known to him, upon which the actor bought him his fist laptop.
He mourned the actor, praying for a peaceful rest for Mr Ibu.

“Why do good people die. You bought me my 1st laptop for editing in 2014. when I ran to you and asked you! daddy I want to learn movie editing. Rest in peace daddy.”
