British rapper, Stefflon Don has opened up about her experiences and the valuable lessons she learned from her past relationship with Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy.
In a recent interview with Dose of Society, Stefflon Don discussed the importance of communication in a relationship. She emphasized the need for clear expression of feelings and concerns to ensure mutual understanding and to avoid misunderstandings that could lead to heartbreak. The rapper reflected on how her previous relationship highlighted the significance of expressing oneself more openly. She stated that this realization came after a conversation that revealed several misunderstandings. This was an eye-opener for her in understanding the dynamics of a relationship.
When asked by the interviewer what she learned from her last heartbreak, Stefflon Don responded, “To express yourself a bit more. Express your feelings. Express your concerns.”
She further explained that she realized this through a subsequent conversation, which revealed that many misunderstandings had occurred.
It would be recalled that Stefflon and Burna Boy announced their split in 2021. The couple had started dating in 2019 after meeting in Ghana.
