Mercy Eke, the first runner-up of the recently concluded BBNaija reality show, has made a surprising reversal about her earlier claims of having a billionaire boyfriend.
However, during an interview with Toke Makinwa, Mercy Eke admitted that she lied about having a billionaire boyfriend. She stated that she fabricated the story to keep male housemates at bay because she wasn't interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with anyone during her time on the show.
Mercy Eke disclosed that her boyfriend was possessively jealous, advising her against participating in the show.
She further revealed that he purposefully offered her 120 million Naira to dissuade her from joining, but she declined the offer.
