Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo recently shared a personal and emotional update on social media, revealing the unfortunate loss of her business and that of her husband in a very short period of time.
It has come to light that Uche Ogbodo suffered the loss of two of her stores, with one being destroyed by flooding and the other falling victim to government-led demolition. The back-to-back losses have taken a significant toll on the actress, both financially and emotionally.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, she shared how watching old videos of her store brought her immense pain, leaving her heartbroken for months.
The mother of three reflected on how she lost everything in an instant; her hard work, dedication, tears, and years of prayers to build her brand. Despite her husband’s loss, he has been doing his best to support and keep her strong.
In her update, Uche acknowledged that change is inevitable, and when one falls, one must get back up. She expressed that the loss is simply a lesson learned and affirmed that she will rise again.
