Comedian Real Warri Pikin has disclosed why she turned down the wedding invitation of musician Davido and his wife Chioma.
The couple’s traditional wedding date of Tuesday, June 25, is no longer news, as videos and moments from their recent bridal shower circulate online.
Real Warri Pikin confessed that she regretfully declined Davido’s wedding invitation when he contacted her. She stated that she turned him down because she is in Abuja and is now working on her show, which is set for June 28.
In a thorough video, Warri Pikin delivered her message to all the guests and media outlets who would be present at the highly awaited wedding ceremony about what they should do so that she and millions of Nigerians who won’t be attending could enjoy the event’s social media.
The actress complained about camera angles from her experience at the bridal shower yesterday night, June 23. She advised the cameramen and videographers to cover all angles.
She discussed the significance of adopting the event’s internationally recognized hashtag, #Chivido2024. According to her, this will allow Nigerians to keep track of the wedding activities without having to switch between blogs.
Warri Pikin also called out Davido’s aide, Israel DMW, saying she wasn’t feeling his enthusiasm and needed him to focus on his tasks.
