Being a target of substantial trolling and verbal abuse himself, he took to his Instagram page to shed light on his approach to dealing with online trolls and abusers.
In a post shared on his Instagram, Yul Edochie criticized fellow celebrity colleagues who swiftly delete comments due to the fear of potential trolling or insults.
His counsel to them was to cultivate resilience and retort to their trolls without compromising their emotions or viewpoints.
Part of his advice read, “You are not here to appease anyone. Your opinions matter, as long as they remain respectful. Should you receive negative comments and find yourself targeted by trolls, respond assertively. Feel free to engage without reservation and retort with confidence.”
