In the previous record, Lata Tondon, the first female from India, held the title for cooking continuously for eighty-seven hours and forty-five minutes. In her pursuit to become the new record breaker, Hilda Baci has set out to cook for a staggering ninety-six hours. As of now, she has already surpassed the ninety-hour mark, leaving her with just a few hours remaining to complete her cooking marathon.

However, despite reaching the eighty-seventh hour, many fans and well-wishers were anticipating an official announcement from the Guinness World Records declaring Hilda Baci as the new title holder. A fan took to Twitter and tagged the Guinness World Records to inquire about the delay in acknowledging Hilda's achievement. In response, the organization explained that they are currently in the process of reviewing all the evidence to ensure that Hilda Baci complied with all the rules and regulations before officially confirming her record-breaking feat.
