Felicia disclosed how she and her siblings were severely maltreated by her second wife and added that a polygamous home has no beauty and brings disunity. She went on to say that because of her bitter experience, she will never befriend any woman who is a second wife to any man.

Felicia cited examples from the Bible to buttress her point. She pointed out that Abraham, Sarah, and Hagai, who are people of faith that many look up to, were not able to handle the pressure of polygamy. Similarly, Jacob, who was privileged to marry the daughter of the same father and same mother, had a family that was characterized by competition, quarrels, and jealousy. Leah always felt left out by their husband's love, and they gave out their slave girls to their husband to sleep with in order to see who would have more children. Felicia stated that there are so many things related to a polygamous lifestyle that she would not wish on her worst enemy.

In conclusion, Felicia advised young men and women who are yet to marry to do everything possible to avoid the polygamous lifestyle. She believes that polygamy brings nothing but pain and disunity to the home.
