A dramatic scene unfolded as a man brought a soldier to arrest a carpenter after more than N60K mysteriously vanished from the piggybank he had purchased from the carpenter. The incident quickly gained attention when the video was shared on TikTok by the user, justebube, drawing significant reactions from viewers.
In the video, the man explained that both he and one of his staff members had bought saving boxes, also known as piggy banks, from the carpenter. After diligently saving money in his box, which he estimated to be over N60K, he was shocked to discover that all the money had disappeared. The only amount left inside was N600, which coincidentally was the exact amount he had paid to purchase the box.
The man added that his staff member had experienced a similar issue. After opening her piggy bank, she too found that all the money she had saved had vanished, leaving her empty-handed. This bizarre and troubling situation left both of them feeling vexed and puzzled, prompting the man to take drastic action.
Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, the man brought soldiers to the carpenter's workshop to make an arrest. He shared his frustration and confusion in the video, saying:
“My staff bought this savebox as well, her own a month ago. I’ve started saving like 60K plus in that box. Coming back home and opening it, I found N600, and that was the exact amount I bought my savebox for. My staff as well opened hers that same day and found nothing. Y'all be careful 🙏🏽”
