A married man comes under fire following his public announcement of washing clothes while his wife is indisposed due to an infection on her hand.
A social media user identified as @Tope_Orus took to the X platform to reveal the reason the responsibility of washing clothes fell on him this weekend.
According to the man, his wife woke up with a whitlow infection on her hand, hence, he decided to do the laundry in her place.
“My beloved wife woke up with a swollen finger. I noticed it is a Whitlow, I can’t allow her to wash so today Saturday, I am doing the washing myself. This is how I am spending my weekend,” he captioned the post.
Many have since criticized him for the unwarranted announcement while referencing the wife being responsible for the chore all along without publicity.
