The Nigerian man whose wife caused a commotion at the airport by tearing up his international passport has issued an apology to Nigerians. He explained that the incident was staged and was actually part of a skit.
Gistreel recalls that the couple had made headlines after creating a scene at the international airport in Lagos following their return from abroad.
The wife had, for some reasons, tore up what was presumed by many netizens to be his international passport.
It was gathered that the authorities arrested the wife for questioning as regards her action.
Her husband has come online to apologize to Nigerians as he noted that the whole thing was all staged, a skit.
He assured Nigerians that what she had turn wasn’t at all his international passport.
However this has stirred further criticisms from netizens.
