Saidu Imran revealed that in 2011, he was deeply involved in political thuggery, a dark path he once walked. However, fate took a turn for the better in 2012 when he encountered a mentor figure who offered him an apprenticeship in auto-electricity. Grateful for the opportunity, he devoted himself to learning the craft and honing his skills.

The journey to transformation was not an easy one for Saidu, but his determination remained unwavering. After two years of hard work as an apprentice, he made a life-changing decision to take control of his future.

In 2014, he embarked on a self-funded educational pursuit and enrolled in a university to pursue a Bachelor’s degree. Despite facing numerous obstacles, his commitment to self-improvement and education never faltered, and he successfully attained his Bachelor’s degree in 2022.

In 2023, tragedy struck when he lost his son at birth. However, amidst the darkness, a glimmer of light shone through as he became actively involved in the political arena, campaigning fervently for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

His efforts were not in vain, as he achieved a significant accomplishment by securing an entire ward for Peter Obi, showcasing his dedication to a better Nigeria.

In his own words:

“Hear me out, in 2011 I was a political thug. In 2012, I met my Oga, interned, and became an auto-electrician.

Between 2014 and 2022, I self-funded my Bsc and my wedding. In 2023, I lost my son at birth, but I also secured an entire ward for Peter Obi and won it. Yeah, I am a stand-up guy.”
