A prominent socio-political activist named Reno Omokri has come forward to confirm that President Bola Tinubu indeed attended and successfully graduated from Chicago State University. This confirmation arose following the submission of a transcript from South West College to the PEPC (Presidential Election Petition Court), which indicated that a person named Tinubu, identified as female, utilized this transcript for admission into Chicago State University. The transcript has been admitted as evidence in the ongoing joint petition lodged by the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and his party challenging Tinubu's declaration as the winner of the February 25 presidential election.

In response to these developments, Omokri, a staunch ally of Atiku, issued a cautionary message to the PDP, urging them not to attack Tinubu based on falsehoods, as he believes that God will protect Tinubu from his detractors. Omokri went on to assert that Tinubu graduated with honors from Chicago State University. He stated that he personally visited the university, recorded a video broadcast from the campus, and interacted with university officials. He further claimed that there is a photograph of Tinubu displayed in the alumni office at the university, recognizing him as one of their most accomplished alumni.

To substantiate his claims, Omokri shared a letter obtained from the university registry, which supports Tinubu's attendance at Chicago State University. He encouraged individuals to visit the university in person, contact them via email or phone, or examine the letter he obtained if any doubts persist regarding Tinubu's education.

Omokri, while acknowledging Tinubu's past connections with cartels, urged fairness, honesty, and transparency in opposing him. He cautioned against attacking Tinubu based on false information, as he believed such actions would only lead to disappointment and potentially elevate Tinubu's stature.
